++  Lesson - Learning Time  ++

This is a special time where your child will learn the lesson of the day which is based around the weekly theme.  He/She will learn many concepts that are important to his/her development and will gain a growing understanding of the world around him/her.

 

 

++  Circle Time - Sharing  ++

Circle time will help to stimulate your child's imagination and help him/her learn to share their thoughts.  It will also help to develop their listening and communication skills and will also teach your child to explore their love and appreciation of books.

 

++  Art  ++

Art will allow your child to expand his/her understanding of the weekly themes while encouraging creativity and self-expression.

 

++  Music  ++

Music will provide a great opportunity for your child to gather around and direct some of his/her exuberance and nonstop energy into rhythmic discovery while exploring movement and sound.

 

++  Indoor - Active Play  ++

Through indoor play your child will develop his/her language and social skills.  Indoor play will also help their fine and gross motor skills and sensory awareness.  It is a time for learning to share while at the same time exploring their independence.

 

++  Snack Time  ++

We feel that something as simple as snack time is also a learning experience.  During snack your child will be learning the differences between hot, cold, warm, textures, shapes, measuring, stirring, shaking and spreading.  All these skills will help to develop their coordination and motor control.
